Responsibilities:
- Be a strong leader for your team. Lead by example. Inspire. Instill in your team the idea that guest satisfaction is top priority and will lead to more business coming through our doors.
- Address and rectify staff issues, complaints and suggestions.
- Hiring staff members for FOH
- Plan events and promotions, with guidlines from ownership
- Responsible for the management, motivation, dismissal and scheduling of bar and serving staff as necessary.
- Ensure the environment in the restaurant supports our core values of warmth, graciousness, efficiency, knowledge, professionalism, integrity and having fun.
- Deal with contractors, vendors, maintenance personnel in a way that represents the company well.
- Bridge communication between the kitchen staff and the serving staff and ensure there is a healthy working relationship.
- Manage revenue and expenses.
Salary:
$50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
