SUMMARY:

The Program Lead has general accountability to coordinate and support delegated operational activities on a daily basis.

Under the direction of the Community Support Services Supervisor(s), the Program Lead will provide mentoring on-the-job training that's consistent with ONE CARE's quality and client service best practices for the Adult Day Program (including Overnight Respite and Life After Stroke program).

The Program Lead collaborates with ONE CARE clients and staff and contributes to effective daily operations ensuring high service standards are achieved


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • University or College Diploma in a related field (Human Services/Business/Health Sciences) from a recognized educational institution. Registered Heath professionals may be required for some programs.
  • Minimum of three years' program experience preferably in a health related discipline.
  • Strong proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with enhanced skills in Excel as well as experience with Scheduling Management Systems.
  • Maintains confidential client and family information files in electronic records (such as AlayaCare / Total Health Care).
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to independently organize multiple tasks and adjust with changing priorities.
  • Exceptional client service skills and ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external clients.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships as part of a team with CSS Supervisors.
  • Valid Driver's License and proof of insurance.
  • Ability to speak French would be considered an asset.
