Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team. As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a Senior's programs within our organization. This is a key role that requires strong supervisory, budgeting, program management, and administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement program goals, objectives, and strategies
- Coordinate program activities and ensure they are executed effectively
- Monitor program budgets and expenses
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify program needs and develop solutions
- Supervise program staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities
- Prepare reports and presentations on program outcomes for management
Experience:
- Proven experience in program coordination or related role
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Budgeting experience, including monitoring expenses and allocating resources appropriately
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
