Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team. As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a Senior's programs within our organization. This is a key role that requires strong supervisory, budgeting, program management, and administrative skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement program goals, objectives, and strategies
  • Coordinate program activities and ensure they are executed effectively
  • Monitor program budgets and expenses
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify program needs and develop solutions
  • Supervise program staff and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities
  • Prepare reports and presentations on program outcomes for management

Experience:


  • Proven experience in program coordination or related role
  • Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
  • Budgeting experience, including monitoring expenses and allocating resources appropriately
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment

  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)
