    Outside Sales Account Management Trainee (Waterworks Industry)

    About the Role:

    As an Outside Sales Account Management Trainee, you'll be part of our client's Strategic Development Program.

    This program provides hands-on learning, mentorship, and support to help you succeed in various positions within our client's organization, such as Senior Account Managers, Technical Sales Specialists, Purchasers, Operations Managers, and more.

    Responsibilities:

    You'll progress through a 3-phase program to learn every aspect of our business, including warehouse logistics, inside sales/project management, and outside sales/account management


    Additional duties include:
    Warehouse Logistics (Phase 1): Master the products we sell and understand sales support.
    Inside Sales/Project Management (Phase 2): Manage projects and resolve customer issues.
    Outside Sales/Account Management (Phase 3): Find new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and build relationships.
    Live into your Dream (Phase 4): Transition into a fulfilling career.

    Qualifications:

    College and/or University degree.
    Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset.
    Desire to continuously learn and grow.
    Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
    Strong work ethic and integrity.
    Ability to work independently and in a team.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
