Description

• Develop sales goals and plan sales activities to meet them
• Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Ensure that new and existing customers are satisfied with the TOP CHOICE SALES experience
• Ensure that new and existing products are being sold effectively and accurately
• Provide information on company services to customers (e.g. compensation programs, sales incentives)
• Participate in training programs to stay uptodate on current product knowledge and best practices
• Keep uptodate with current market trends through various sources (e.g. industry magazines, government regulations)
• Work with internal departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain uptodate contact lists of customers through various sources (e.g. CRM)
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and Word
• Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive relationships
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to perform in high stress situations (e.g. high call volume) environment; can deal with difficult customers effectively
