TOP CHOICE SALES is looking for a Sales Professional to join our teamAbout the role:
Duties include:
- Develop sales goals and plan sales activities to meet them
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Ensure that new and existing customers are satisfied with the TOP CHOICE SALES experience
- Ensure that new and existing products are being sold effectively and accurately
- Provide information on company services to customers (e.g. compensation programs, sales incentives)
- Participate in training programs to stay uptodate on current product knowledge and best practices
- Keep uptodate with current market trends through various sources (e.g. industry magazines, government regulations)
- Work with internal departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain uptodate contact lists of customers through various sources (e.g. CRM)
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and Word
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive relationships
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to perform in high stress situations (e.g. high call volume) environment; can deal with difficult customers effectively

- 8 hour shift
