Job Opportunity:

What you'll do:
_**- Receive and process all service requests from internal and external customers.
- Provide technical phone support to verify dimensional fit and alignment, functionality, and performance of customer systems.
- Collaborate with customers to gather the appropriate technical & situational lead up information to determine action plans and deliverables.
- Study blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts as detailed in the Project Requirements Form to determine function of the finished machine and setup requirements.
- Determine root cause analysis and put accurate corrective procedures in place.
- Possess the knowledge as to whom to collaborate with to get internal technical support as needed.
- Receive and process Purchase Orders and launch projects.
- Prepare travel arrangements with documentation package.
- Coordinate with internal teams to schedule service requests and assign resources.
- Collect and maintain accurate records of service requests and followup activities for reporting and billing purposes.
- Analyze service requests data to identify trends and opportunities for process & equipment improvement.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for optimizing delivered services and customer satisfaction.
- Train the customer on Controls circuit, setup procedures & maintenance, tooling changes, setup procedures & maintenance.
- Travel as required globally
_ What you'll need:
_
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or Equivalent Specialized Experience.
- Minimum 5+ Years' Experience within the Automation or Automotive Manufacturing Field on Mechanical Assemblies, PLC controls, and Robotics.
- Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing concepts
- Working understanding of electrical and PLC function
- Strong Electrical and/ or Mechanical assembly knowledge of custom automation
- Electrical Code and CSA Knowledge
- Electrical and Mechanical Tool Knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
