Description

Responsibilities:


  • Assisting Immigration Consultant with all company activities to ensure the smooth running of the immigration services
  • Prepare clients files for Immigration Consultant consideration
  • Conducting research on immigration regulations, policies, and procedures to stay updated with changes in the immigration system.
  • Communicating with clients, government officials, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary information and updates regarding immigration cases.
  • Scheduling appointments and preparing clients for interviews with immigration authorities.
  • Keeping accurate records of client cases and maintaining confidentiality of client information.
  • Coordinating with other team members,
  • Assisting with other duties as required by the employer, such as marketing and business development activities.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate case files and client records
  • Participate in business development activities to help grow the company's client base
  • Stay current on changes to immigration laws and regulations
  • Manage all Social Media accounts, Social Media marketing and campaign design

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in immigration consulting or related fields
  • Strong understanding of immigration laws and procedures
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation
  • Outstanding document classification and management skills to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Proficiency in operating various computer software, including but not limited to MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent marketing skills, ability to propose company development strategy and marketing planing
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Second language: Russian, Ukrainian is asset

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Pay:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
