    B&D Montessori Learning Academy Ltd. is a school dedicated to providing an inspiring learning environment based on Montessori principles. We offer Montessori Daycare, AM/PM Montessori Preschool Montessori, Full Day Kindergarten and Out of School Care.


    Responsibilities:

    • Designing and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities that stimulate children's physical, emotional, intellectual, social growth, and ensure the needs of every child are met.
    • Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and organized learning environment conducive to optimal growth and development, protects the health, security, and wellbeing of children.
    • Developing listening, comprehensive skills using approved subjects in storytelling roleplaying, games, music, and art activities.
    • Guiding and assisting children in the development of proper eating, dressing, and washroom habits.
    • Observing and assessing children's progress and developmental milestones regularly to track their growth.
    • Establishing and maintaining open and effective communication with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress, behavior, or concerns.
    • Working collaboratively with other educators to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
    • Engaging in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices and trends in early childhood education.
    • Working to maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials.
    • Maintaining daycare equipment and assisting in housekeeping.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualification:

    • A bachelor's degree or a college diploma or equivalent training program in early childhood education is required.
    • Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Certificate is required.
    • Experience in childcare is an asset.
    • Strong Knowledge and awareness of family, parenting, cultural issues, age-appropriate programming, and developmental needs of children.
    • Excellent communication skills.
