We have a full-time position for an
ERP System Analyst in Calgary, AB.


The ERP Systems Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining an organization's ERP system, providing escalated technical support to users, analyzing the system to identify areas for improvement, performing system tests, documenting system configurations and training materials, training users on system features and functions, and managing ERP implementation projects.

Additionally, the analyst builds reports and dashboards using the report builder in the ERP system and automates data workflows to streamline processes and reduce manual errors.

The goal is to optimize the ERP system for efficiency, meet the organization's business needs, and provide valuable insights to internal teams through reports and dashboards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming support requests/incidents via a ticketing system and keep a high level of satisfaction from internal customers with respect to our SLA.
  • Analyze the nature of the request/incident, categorize it, and diagnose reported incidents through problemsolving and active listening.
  • Consult with internal teams to find optimal solutions to reported problems and use all available tools to identify and implement solutions.
  • Inform, advise, and transmit instructions to internal customers to solve their incidents.
  • Participate in the documentation of incidents, knowledge transfer, and creation of other documents and methodologies.
  • Examine user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes.
  • Update and manage business configuration requests.
  • Document, develop, and revise system design procedures, test procedures, quality standards, and update system documentation.
  • Work with different departments in an organization to understand their business processes and requirements and identify areas where an ERP system can improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build reports and dashboards using the report builder in the ERP system and automate data workflows to streamline processes and reduce manual errors.
  • Support the UAT process, including designing test scripts, requirements gathering, design workshops, development specifications, testing, and validating data transformations and load results.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend changes to improve system efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years knowledge and experience with ERP systems. Experience with SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite is an asset.
  • Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Continuous improvement mindset to improve existing processes.
  • Have desire and aptitude to work in a technical, fastpaced atmosphere.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different departments and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in modular building industry an asset.
