    PrimeFlight Aviation Services is currently looking for Aircraft Cleaner's to join our team at the Calgary International Airport.

    Whether providing an aircraft cabin with equipment and cabin servicing supplies or cleaning the interior of an aircraft, our Aircraft Cleaners play an important role in ensuring that the aircrafts are ready for a secure and on-time departure.

    Job Description:

  • Equipping the aircraft cabin for flight according to specifications with equipment and cabin servicing supplies.
  • Lead cabin crew
  • Cleaning interior/exterior of the aircraft.
  • Stocking the vehicles used in the grooming function.
  • Stocking and cleaning of the cabin-"make-up" rooms and area.
  • Stocking and maintaining cabin services kit and other associated duties.
  • Deep clean
  • Exterior wash
  • Carpet clean

    • Position Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Team player.
  • Previous janitorial experience a define asset.
  • Available for shift work - early mornings, evenings, midnights, weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 25kg
  • MUST pass a security/background check and able to obtain and retain an Transport Canada Airport Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC)
  • Valid Class 5 Drivers License and Clean Drivers Abstract
  • MUST obtain and retain an AVOP (Airside Vehicle Operations Permit) license within three months of employment
  • Capacity to work within strict timelines in order to maintain on-time departures while ensuring safety first at all times
  • MUST be willing to complete training for our exterior wash duties

    • Lead Responsibilities:

    Directly leads crew of aircraft cleaning employees. Carries out lead responsibilities in accordance with PrimeFlight policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include participation in training of aircraft cleaners; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and participating in disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

    Conditions of Employment:

  • Eligible candidates must be eligible to work in Canada, possessing a valid driver's license and be available to attend training. (Attendance is mandatory)
  • Candidates must also pass security clearance and obtain the Transport Canada security card. (To obtain this security clearance candidates must undergo a thorough criminal background search, please see Transport Canada website for additional details).
