Maxx North America Services Ltd., one of Alberta's most progressive and innovative full service oil & gas services companies, is looking to hire a motivated, capable, and dynamic Project Administrator to support our Water Management Division.

This opportunity represents a compelling career challenge for someone looking to get in on the ground floor with a growing company that has a strong leadership team based in Edmonton.

This Office Based role is in Edmonton, Alberta.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assisting the Project Managers with administrative functions and processes.
Managing daytoday activities for the Project Management team.
Assisting with analysis of project data and updating progress reports.
Creating and managing LEMs for projects.
Creating and processing purchase orders.
Create and maintain reports addressing all aspects of projects including budget, schedule, and quality.
Recognize which areas of project development need to be addressed to maintain efficiency and cost control.

Skills and Experience:

years of experience in a Project Administration role.

Post-Secondary education (Business Administration Diploma) or similar certification is preferred.
Utilize ERP software to assist in monitoring costs of a project.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, positive attitude is a MUST.
