As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and lineup of products across numerous digital channels with a focus on the North American Market.
You will work closely with the Co-Founder and Marketing Team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, generate revenue, and increase brand awareness.
-Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to)_
- Develop a social media strategy to increase community and connection across all relevant platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Tiktok.
- Assist with and create original content in the form of photos and videos while maintaining an updated content calendar for all channels on a weekly basis
- Create digital graphics and other necessary company marketing material
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate endtoend customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Collaborate with the executive team to create and optimize social media advertising campaigns
- Take photos and videos to share across all social channels
- Provide community support and respond to all inbound messages, comments, and inquiries
- Utilize analytics to create details reports based on post types and present to executive team
- Conduct a monthly social media audit and proactively identify opportunities based on trends and observations
Requirements_
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2C environment
- Strong understanding with content editing tools (Eg. Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience with managing Social Media Channels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bonus Qualifications_
- Some understanding of the Power Tool market
- Strong skills with creating shortform video
- Creativity
- Customer Service Experience
