Description

We are seeking an individual for the post of Administrative Services Manager, the qualified person will be responsible for the overall administrative operations of the organization.

This includes providing leadership, guidance and coordination of all administrative services, including budgeting, purchasing, facilities management, office services, mail and shipping services, records management and reception.


Compensation:


  • The fulltime permanent position entails 40 hours per week at a rate of $47/hour

Education:


  • Bachelor's degree

Experience:


  • Minimum of 3 years
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a department providing a single administrative service or several administrative services
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services
  • Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies
  • Manage budget for administrative services
  • Manage the procurement of supplies and equipment in accordance with organizational policies and procedures
  • Prepare reports and briefs for future evaluation of the administrative position
