Reporting to the Controller, this position is responsible for the accurate creation and receipt of customer invoices to ensure the timely receipt of customer payments.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Accurately prepares customer invoices by relieving plant inventory (via computer system) and then correctly billing the customer.
  • Effectively researches, tracks and resolves accounts receivable problems and discrepancies.
  • Working with Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of invoicing.
  • Managing project expense costs such as travel expenses and per diems
  • Ensuring accurate time entry onto jobs
  • Prepare and maintains accounts reconciliation

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Post Secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration or Accounting
  • 35 years of experience in an invoicing coordinator or accounts receivable position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven organizational skills is necessary; with the ability to manage multiple items at once.
  • Proficiency with computer software programs such as MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders while achieving end results/goals.
  • Prior experience using Concur is preferred
  • Experience with an ERP system; preferably Syteline
