Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish.
This is a key leadership role that requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Duties:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to develop project plans and specifications
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project goals are met
- Present on site 100%
- Manage project budgets, including estimating costs, tracking expenses, and approving invoices
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment and cost
- Communicate effectively with owner, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues that arise
- Prepare and present reports on project progress, including timelines, budgets, and potential risks or delays
Skills:
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project schedules, allocate resources, and track progress
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of construction estimating techniques and ability to review bids
- Familiarity with reading schematics and blueprints to interpret design plans
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders

From $100,000.00 per year
