In the summer of 2023, we started our journey to build a central support team and bring our clinics underneath the banner of Anytime Dental Group.

Your Responsibilities
Below we've listed formal responsibilities but aren't limited to other responsibilities that may arise.
- Contribute to a warm and welcoming atmosphere for patients, families and employees that exceeds expectations and leaves a lasting impression.
- Oversee scheduling patient appointments efficiently; optimize the time and schedules of the dental professional team by minimizing gaps between appointments.
- Hire and train new office team members to respond to patients needs and manage billing systems
- Manage the daily team member schedule including verifying employee timesheets, updating team member schedules as needed, coordinating coverage for vacation time, reviewing timeliness of appointment completion, and completing weekly and monthly reporting to the Regional Manager
- Create, establish and management internal office protocols and procedures to ensure office efficiencies
- Lead and motivate team members in all areas of the business
- Oversee the processing of insurance and secondary insurance claims
- Host weekly coaching and development sessions with direct reports
- Build patient/employee relationships through ongoing dialogue and resolving any escalated patient/employee issues promptly.
- Responsible for the organization and coordination of office supplies, deliveries, petty cash, etc.
- Manage the day to day finances by reviewing and processing accounts receivable (AR). Strong AR knowledge and experience is a huge asset.
- Efficient at problem solving and critical thinking.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Dental Office Manager or equivalent.
- Experience managing a P&L
- Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
- Experience in optimization of scheduling patient appointments.
- Experience coordinating employee schedules and coordinating coverage as needed.
- Demonstrated the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience maintaining a professional level of patient/employee privacy.
- Highly proficient in conflict management.
