POSITION DESCRIPTION

• Design and deliver consultation services and develop community programs in matters of

nutrition to individuals or groups in accordance with the standards of the profession and to the
procedures and policies established

• Collaborate with members of the interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, coordinate

and evaluate patient care in consultation with patients and their families.

• Participate in the development, delivery and evaluation of educational and health

promotion programs within all four communities.
