The client is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join their team. They require someone experienced and creative with a passion for digital products and human-centric design. The project focuses on driving transformative UX solutions for clients, particularly in B2B digital transformation or complex applications. Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Visual Communications, or closely related fields.

Minimum 5 years of UX design expertise, preferably with experience in B2B digital transformation or complex applications.

Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic UX thinking, problem-solving, and exceptional project execution.

High proficiency in Figma and expertise in various qualitative and quantitative research methods.

Proven track record in client-facing roles, with excellent communication skills.

Ability to understand and fulfill client needs while maintaining strong client relationships.

Experience in conducting usability testing and championing iterative design cycles.

Strategic thinking, with the ability to connect user insights to overall business goals.

Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Nice-to-have Skills and Qualifications:

Master's degree or specialized certifications in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields.

Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better collaborate with engineering teams.

Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Asana.
