This role involves Saturday shifts.

This position may require working at various branches in Red Deer. The team member will need to arrange their own transport to these locations.

Although this role is primarily based at the North Gaetz branch, occasional travel to neighboring branches may be necessary.

As the next Client Service Representative at ATB, your main responsibility is providing face-to-face core banking services to ATB clients. This entails offering professional and efficient service by understanding client needs and connecting them with suitable products, solutions, and experts.

Responsibilities:

  • Deepening client relationships by engaging in conversations to comprehend their needs and assist them in achieving their objectives
  • Enhancing the client experience by introducing clients to experts and educating them on our digital tools and resources
  • Building and maintaining client relationships by delivering top-notch customer service
  • Establishing and nurturing internal partnerships with other ATB departments, aiding branch operations to fulfill customer service requirements and address issues
  • Following designated service routines, best practices, and procedures for all administrative and operational tasks within the branch
  • Handling cash and clearing transactions in compliance with current policies
  • Actively participating in branch team meetings
  • Providing support and guidance to other CSR's as needed
  • Ensuring proper safeguarding of branch assets, maintenance of premises and equipment, and control of collateral documents
  • Taking charge of personal development planning; arranging meetings with manager to discuss development plan

Requirements:

Success within the branch entails:

  • Being a collaborative team player with flexibility, cooperativeness, and a willingness to work in a team
  • Demonstrating adaptability to change, ability to make decisions, and implement innovative solutions
  • Having completed Grade 12, preferably with additional business courses post-graduation
  • Demonstrating proficiency in handling numbers
  • Prior experience in customer service and/or sales is essential
  • Desire to have knowledge of personal lending services and products; applicants with previous banking experience will be given preference
