Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the marketing efforts for our current property listings while also identifying and attracting potential clients to partner with us.

Key Responsibilities:


Property Marketing:
Optimize and manage Airbnb listings for existing properties, ensuring they are engaging, accurate, and appealing to potential guests.
Conduct regular market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and pricing strategies.
Collaborate with property owners to gather information, photos, and feedback to enhance property listings.


Client Acquisition:
Identify potential property owners interested in partnering with us for property management services.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new property owners, including online and offline initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, answering their inquiries and providing information about our services.


Content Creation:
Create compelling and visually appealing content for property listings, including photos, descriptions, and virtual tours.
Develop marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital campaigns, to promote our property management services.


Performance Analysis:

Monitor the performance of property listings, track booking trends, and adjust marketing strategies as needed to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Provide regular reports to management on marketing and client acquisition efforts.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in marketing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of the Airbnb platform and its listing optimization strategies is a plus.

Language:


  • English required.
  • Chinese required.
  • French preferred

Pay:
From $40,000.00 per year
