Position Overview


The Beauty Advisor is responsible for all aspects of the customer service activities in compliance with company standards while maintaining Cloré's brand image.


The main goal of Beauty Advisors is to maintain a functional yet welcoming store environment, through exceptional courteous customer service and store appearance.

A Beauty Advisor must work to attain department specific knowledge of the products carried at Cloré as well as their unique features in order to promote customer loyalty and satisfaction.

The duty of Beauty Advisors is to provide exceptional customer service with a professional image and service on a day-to-day basis.


Responsibilities

Store Operations

  • Optimize store sales and increase profitability by monitoring and communicating with inventory specialists for low stock or popular items
  • Monitor sales floor for loss prevention issues and report to management right away
  • Take responsibilities and be dependable with your working schedules to ensure an optimal
- workflow and efficiencies

  • Be proactive in maintaining a clean and safe working environment,
  • Tour the sales floors regularly and assist Inventory Specialists with merchandising
  • Thoroughly understand store policies and procedures

Staff Relations

  • Follow management practices of your supervisor and senior beauty advisors
  • Work closely with coworkers to support a good team environment
  • Provide feedback to the management about coworker performance on a regular basis

Customer Service

  • Deliver and maintain the Cloré's standard of courteous customer service and professionalism
  • Understand and identify specific customer needs and answer questions professionally, and also be able to offer practical advice
  • Keep up to date and promote special promotions, displays and events (eg. Seasonal sales and in store promotions)

Product Knowledge

  • Assisting customers through suggesting solutions to hair and beauty needs
  • Educating self and staying up to date on the latest hair and beauty trends
  • Give feedback to staff and customers of personal experiences of product usage
  • Submit product reviews as requested in a timely manner

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent


Pay:
$17.38 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

- beauty: 1 year (preferred)

- retail: 1 year (preferred)
