Stuart Olson is actively searching for a Site Administrator with an immediate start date to join our team at our client site in CNRL Horizon, Alberta.

Working a 10 on, 4 off, 10 hours per day schedule.

During TA will be 6/1 This is a contract position with the possibility of extension after end of June 2023.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare electronic timesheets based on field timesheets.
  • Input timesheet data into SAP.
  • Reconcile payroll hours.
  • Update crew lists.
  • Book Flights and Camp
  • Resolve employee's payroll issues.
  • Process paperwork for terminated employees.
  • Maintain employee files.
  • Prepare daily force reports.
  • Enter time and material daily to Client based system.
  • Daily Lems
  • Complete other administrative duties and reports as directed by the Project Manager and Site Supervisor.

Qualifications

  • High school Diploma
  • 24 years' administrative construction experience
  • CSTS 09, Mandatory
  • Advanced computer skills specifically in MS Excel, MS Word and SAP and Maximo an asset
  • Highest standard of professional ethics, confidentiality, and integrity
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities, capable of handling pressure and challenges
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks independently with strong time management skills to meet deadlines in a highpressure environment
  • Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships
  • Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Strong organizational skills, including effective prioritization and follow up
  • Selfmotivated, action oriented and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
