Key Responsibilities

• To lead and oversee the spiritual development of youth in our community, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed.


• To develop and implement effective strategies for reaching, teaching, and discipling young people, both individually and in groups.


• To collaborate with other staff members to ensure that all aspects of youth ministry are coordinated effectively.


• To provide regular opportunities for worship, prayer, Bible study, fellowship, service projects...
