The Role- Represent Recochem
- Aftermarket products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet customer needs
- Meet annual sales budget through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
- Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential new aftermarket customers
- Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
Responsibilities:
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
- Possess indepth product knowledge and be able to conduct product presentations and relay objection handling
- Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, and other documentation as required for customer presentations
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current customer needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product presentations
- Perform regular competitor monitoring and update reports on the market
- Energetically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problemsolving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Must be a self starter and able to deliver improving results in a team environment
- Ability to travel at least 30% of the time to customer meetings and events.
- Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
- Strong business ethics and personal integrity is necessary
- Previous experience selling to heavy duty equipment and offroad manufacturers/dealers
