Description

Mullen Dedicated Logistics, a division of Mullen Trucking Corp. is looking for a Warehouse Forklift Operator for our Calgary location

Night Shift:
Sunday 10 PM - 6 AM

Monday - Thursday 11 PM - 7 AM

Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the Branch Manager, move goods throughout warehouse to designated areas for preparation to ship, load or unload from trailers by forklift
Verify goods match shipping & delivery paperwork, competent math skills required
Monitor inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness daily
Maintain forklift operations or maintenance with pre and post shift inspections
Ability to work independently, with mínimal supervision and as part of a team; establish good working relationships with all team members

Requirements:

Good understanding of warehouse procedures and competent forklift skills, certification an asset, able to lift up to 50 lbs; previous warehouse experience required
Safety conscious, punctual, reliable, ability to adapt to new processes, procedures and willingness to learn, steel toed boots are required
Some computer work, technical aptitude required
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, prioritize workload, and good record keeping for the time sensitive handling of goods, attention to detail a must
Professional, tenacious, organized with excellent communication skills required, must read and write proficiently in English
