Core Agent - Whistler

About the Role
The Core Agent is a pivotal role in the hotel as they manage the central telephone and chat system within the hotel. They take In Room Dining orders, divert external and internal calls, respond to guests over "chat", relay messages from Housekeeping to the Front Office team and handle reservations on a limited basis.
