Target Recycling Services Inc. is an established recycling and waste solutions company operating out of Ajax, Ontario.

We are excited to announce that we are now seeking a Grinder Operator to start immediately and join our growing team.

his is a full time position on a rotating schedule of week 1 (5 days)

Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm and week 2 (6 days) for Monday to Friday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm and Saturdays 8:00 am - 4:00 pm with overtime after 44 hours per week.

Target is looking for hard working individuals to operate a horizontal baler, and plastic shredder/grinder machinery.

You will be sorting different types of plastic to feed into a baler or shredder/grinder, experience with plastic is preferred.

Although this is our entry level position, we offer a lot of advancement opportunities.

Reporting to Warehouse Manager

Essential Job Functions:

Operate horizontal baler, & shredder/grinder
Must be able to lift up to 50 LBs
Sort plastics and other material
Basic addition and subtraction
Labeling products
Perform other tasks as they arise and directed by Warehouse Manager

Requirements:

Experience with plastic is preferred
Reliable with great attendance
Positive Attitude
Great team player
Good Communication Skills
Attention to detail
