The Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate (TAA) with a passion for positive business impact. This is a great chance to join a Top Employer and contribute to our growth and success


What's the job?


The TAA will have the opportunity to track and regularly report on progress, identify gaps in the recruiting life cycle and problem solve to react to these opportunities.

This opportunity allows flexibility and Hourly pay will start at $30.00 and will be commensurate with relevant prior experience.


Requirements What do you bring?**- Minimum of 2 + years' prior talent acquisition in high volume setting such as: manufacturing/distribution/ 3PL Warehousing/retail

  • Experience working remote is highly preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate familiarity in Microsoft products
  • A background in search and/or RPO is an asset
  • Strong organization, time management/prioritization skills

Bilingual English-French (an asset)

Contract length: 6 months with possible extension
