Position Summary

Property Management Roles

Direct interaction with Martello clients and working proactively to achieve their objectives
Negotiating new leases and renewals in collaboration with clients and external leasing agents
Annual budgeting, monthly reporting and regular interaction with the accounting department
Proactively handling maintenance issues and tenant service requests in concert with Martello's building operations division

Qualification/Skills

A University or College related diploma in real estate or business
Licensed to provide Rental Property Management. Licenses for trading services is an asset but not required.
3year minimum experience managing residential properties
RPA, CPM or a Diploma in Urban Land Economics are an advantage
Attention to detail and ability to work systematically to keep files and information up to date; ability to absorb information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Strong ability to work in collaborative environments
Computer skills: Strong skills with Microsoft Office suite of products. Yardi experience is an asset
Selfstarter and able to work independently
Outgoing / Friendly
