Description

Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Handle tenant inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist with onboarding of new buildings into our software
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
  • Researching new technologies and services for the company and buildings
  • Assist with Social Media Marketing
  • Assist with Marketing and Sales.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Experience working in real estate or Property Mangement role is a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Salary:
$15.45-$25.04 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • Weekends as needed

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

In person
