Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Handle tenant inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with onboarding of new buildings into our software
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
- Researching new technologies and services for the company and buildings
- Assist with Social Media Marketing
- Assist with Marketing and Sales.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Experience working in real estate or Property Mangement role is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Salary:
$15.45-$25.04 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location:
In person
