We are recruiting for a co-op student who speaks fluently in French and English to work in our Special Risks/Information Technology Insurance Services Department based in the Ottawa office stating in September 2024.

The duties include assisting underwriters with research, reviewing wordings and endorsements for consistency, quoting small firm business, data entry, rating, binding, invoicing and other projects as they arise. The candidate will gain knowledge of the underwriting process and the administrative work associated in service delivery.

The successful candidate will be bilingual, client focused, self-starter, keen, have excellent computer skills with a high attention to detail. Education or experience in insurance or IT would be considered an asset.
