Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
  • Escort guests to their assigned tables or waiting areas
  • Provide menus and assist guests with any questions or concerns
  • Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements to ensure efficient service
  • Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
  • Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining experience for guests
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Organization with managing reservations and track table availability

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to handle highpressure situations with calmness and professionalism
  • Familiarity with Squirrel POS or similar pointofsale systems is a plus
  • Phone etiquette skills for handling guest inquiries over the phone

Salary:
$12.35-$13.50 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
