Description
Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of an air separation system, achieving established quality, productivity and cost objectives, while ensuring compliance with security and compliance programs;

  • Ensures that employees. e.s comply with standard operating procedures, standard maintenance procedures and health and safety policy requirements;
  • Ensures compliance with all government regulations
  • Manages people and operations in a unionized work environment;
  • Leads reliability, compliance, quality and safety programs;
  • Coordinates production and maintenance programs to meet the daily needs of customers;
  • Ensures that the team is fully trained, engaged and conducts its activities in accordance with all aspects of safety and operational system procedures and requirements.
  • Review key performance indicators for areas for improvement;
  • Coordinates, manages and assists in troubleshooting, under pressure, technical problems in specialized mechanical, electrical and process equipment ;
  • Resolves workflow issues and conflicts by analyzing barriers and organizing work to maximize the use of personnel, equipment, and physical resources;
  • Identifies problems and directs improvement plans in production processes, work schedules, overtime levels, training, etc.
  • Plans production shutdowns and organizes external contractors and/or subcontractors or other internal resources;
  • Financial responsibility of the facility and ability to implement cost control measures.

Salary:
$110,000.00-$125,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
