Shouldice Trucking is seeking a reliable and motivated
DISPATCHER to work in our Prescott office. This person will be responsible for coordinating deliveries so that our customers' needs are met.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Scheduling assignments and co-ordinating drivers and equipment
- Answering incoming calls and communicating information to drivers and clients
- Keeping track of shipments and all documentation; troubleshooting document issues (invoices, BOL's)
- Completing additional administrative duties as requested.
- Any office cleaning needed.
- Moving trucks to Ottawa for servicing
Qualifications include:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Strong troubleshooting skills are a must
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
- Previous experience in dispatch or transportation industry would be considered an asset

From $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
