- Conduct feasibility study of electrical systems for new development and A&A projects based on different building typologies and functional uses
- Review consultant's design proposal for electrical systems are able to meet applicable standards, codes and project specifications at various stages of a project from feasibility studies, concept, schematic to detailed design development and construction
- Consultation with regulatory authorities on system design
- Liaison with various stakeholder to establish users' requirements
- Develop work scope, project requirements and technical specifications for electrical system design
- Prepare budgetary projection, timeline and strategy to meet project deliverables
- Conduct engineering studies and investigations and provide engineering guidance
- Supervise work progress, review progress claims, attend to technical issue with contractor and relevant stakeholders and conduct progress meeting
- Background and qualification in Electrical Engineering (recognised by PEB)
- Proficient with MS office program AutoCAD, BIM/Revit
- Familiar with Code of Practices, regulations, electrical systems and authority submission management
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in design, development and construction of large scale building projects
- Good communications and writing skills
- Familiar with Public Sector Contracts would be an advantage
