Operations Administrator reporting to the
Manager, Warehouse Operations - Cross Docks. This is a
Full-Time Permanent opportunity, working the afternoon shift

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide support by balancing inventory with financial records, handling licensee sales, and administering accounting and human resource functions (AR, deposits, payroll, prevention of lost time).
  • Ensure accurate accounting of Licensee, RRP, EBD, LCO, LCBO and retail store sales, invoicing, reconciliation, cash and cheque payments, including handling any queries or problems
  • Assist with budgets, handle all aspects of petty cash ensuring all bills and invoices are paid or submitted for payment on time, and accounts payable as required
  • Assist in balancing the warehouse full goods inventory and empty inventories
  • Maintain accurate records of SAP utilization and complete monthly reports as required
  • Compile stationary orders for the warehouse and distribute annual requirements to stores as required
  • Assist with annual audit
  • Respond to inquiries from the retail stores, referring them to the appropriate departments
  • Manage customers inquiries through Ticket Management System on a daily basis
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned
Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Related postsecondary education preferred
  • 12 years of administration related experience
  • Payroll experience would be an asset
  • Accounting experience would be an asset
  • Prior experience working with an HRIS system, preferably Success Factors would be asset
  • Knowledge of SAP is preferred
  • Possess moderate computer skills in Excel and Word
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • A team player and able to work with mínimal supervision
  • Good interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills
  • Strong attention to detail and followup***
