JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for tracking trucks, communicating with drivers to assist with escalations. Work within a warehouse environment to provide support where needed, assisting with customer escalations. Provide amazing customer service to our clients and customers.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Input carrier codes and schedule pickups/deliveries
- Trace delivery trucks to ensure deliveries arrive on time
- Prior driver departures, ensures that specials to be covered are assigned
- Follow ups on specials assigned
- Work with drives to attend issues upon delivery and attempts to reconcile
- Analyzes carrier service reports monthly. Compiles data issues report.
- Analyzes daily planned routes for efficiency
- Provides back up support in the department as needed
- Promotes a clean, safe and positive work environment
- Other tasks as assigned
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High school education or equivalent. Post-Secondary education is an asset
- 12 year of experience in a warehouse environment preferred
- 3 years in a similar role or in customer service experience

- Ability to prioritize work assignments
- Ability to multitask and have a positive attitude
- Service oriented with effective customer interaction skills
- Strong knowledge of computer systems including WMS, Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge on tracking software Shiptrack
