As a Financial Analyst, you will be assisting the Manager of Finance, working with the Corporate Accounting team.

Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting and/or completed level 4 of recognized Canadian accounting designation (CMA or CGA), or equivalent experience.

Previous analytical, forecasting, reporting and project support is required.
Previous accounting and advanced level computer system use required.
Advanced Excel skills - PivotTables, VLookup is Required
Experience with day-to-day financial activities to ensure compliance with established guidelines and processes.
Support the development and implementation of a collaborative and streamlined approach to financial management to ensure controllership and accountability.
Experience with selection, implementation, development, and use of computerized accounting, spreadsheet, word processing and database systems

Knowledge of Provincial and Federal Tax, Housing and Care legislation affecting the operations of Ontario based Canadian not-for-Profit organizations and charities providing care, accommodation and associated services to seniors is an asset.

Excellent oral and written command of the English language.

Vaccines (COVID-19 and others) are a requirement of the job unless you have an exemption on a medical ground pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights Code.
