Who you are:


As a Customer Service Representative, you are an experienced customer facing individual who thrives on creating long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service.

You are self-motivated, have a professional demeanor and a proven ability to stay focused while multi-tasking. Your oral and written communication skills are top notch, and you remain calm when dealing with a disgruntled customer. You are a team player with a positive attitude that believes there are no problems, just solutions

What you will be do day to day:

  • Review company branches sales orders and action accordingly
  • Communicate sales order and backorder details to customers
  • Fill backordered items on sales orders
  • Liase with Purchasing to gather information on backordered items
  • Assist customers at pick up counter
  • Liase with Logistics team to get freight quotes for customers
  • Track freight and courier shipments for customers
  • Manage customer subscriber list
  • Manage online ordering system sales orders
  • Liase with Production to confirm item production date
  • Enter graphic production sales orders
  • Assist sales team
  • Work on projects with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Other duties as assigned

Your qualifications:

  • 3 years customer service experience with a manufacturing or wholesale distribution company
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 36
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent team player
  • 2 years' experience using an ERP system

Salary:
$42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
