Who you are:

As a Customer Service Representative, you are an experienced customer facing individual who thrives on creating long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service.

You are self-motivated, have a professional demeanor and a proven ability to stay focused while multi-tasking. Your oral and written communication skills are top notch, and you remain calm when dealing with a disgruntled customer. You are a team player with a positive attitude that believes there are no problems, just solutions

What you will be do day to day:

Review company branches sales orders and action accordingly
Communicate sales order and backorder details to customers
Fill backordered items on sales orders
Liase with Purchasing to gather information on backordered items
Assist customers at pick up counter
Liase with Logistics team to get freight quotes for customers
Track freight and courier shipments for customers
Manage customer subscriber list
Manage online ordering system sales orders
Liase with Production to confirm item production date
Enter graphic production sales orders
Assist sales team
Work on projects with Sales and Marketing teams
Other duties as assigned

Your qualifications:

3 years customer service experience with a manufacturing or wholesale distribution company
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 36
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent team player
2 years' experience using an ERP system
