SewerVUE is looking for a positive and dynamic person to handle a variety of office administration and marketing tasks.

• Prepare, format, and edit reports and other documents.
• Modify send, track, and expedite invoices.
• Liaise with the bookkeeper/accountant regarding documentation. (i.e. Ask the field team where the receipt for their uber trip is?).
• Assist with organization and coordination of the office. (i.e. Go on Amazon and order more coffee and pens.).
• Assist engineering staff in writing reports, formatting documents. (i.e. Copy and paste explainer fluff from previous reports and make sure it still makes sense.)
• Assist with various marketing functions.
• Occasionally organize the shipment of robots to: (spin a globe and place finger).
• Organize company events. (i.e. a Christmas party or surfing trip.)
• Other administrative functions as needed.

• A positive cando attitude. Attitude is 99% of the role.
• Fluency in English at the level of a native speaker (verbal & written English).
• Willing to learn and accept feedback.
• Strong writing & editing skills.
• Organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic and initiative.
• Comfortable working in a technical environment.
• Valid driver's license.
