ASSET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM COORDINATOR
Victoria
You have a flare for asset management practices, your passion is improving data quality, and your goal is ensuring that documented procedures, reports and training continue to meet business needs.
As an Asset Management Coordinator, your role is diverse, and you work well with limited supervision to support business areas in asset management by identifying assets and establishing standards - based asset records and maintenance plans for all vessel, marine and shore side activities.
You will analyse asset lifecycle performance and cost parameters to provide site teams with evidence to determine the optimum repair/replacement decisions.
You will add, audit, and maintain asset management data quality and system set-up parameters in order and develop situations that improve the business process, roles, and responsibilities.
You will also maintain employee-training records, develop training material, and provide opportunities that include the best practices and standards for all teams.
You bring 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in an asset intensive industry as well as experience with maintenance management (CMMS) systems.
You have a degree, diploma, or certificate in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or other related field.
