Key resource to support IT Operations team members for answers, evaluations, and prioritizing Help Desk requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer related technologies
    Roll out new technology deployments to office and Remote user
    Follow policies and procedures that outline how problems are identified, documented, assigned, and corrected
    Responsible for managing after-hours projects for the desktop support staff
    Lead, coach and train desktop support staff on their day to day tasks and assignments
    Track and analyze trends in desktop support requests and incidents and generate statistical reports
    Collaborate on IT Department and Business Department projects when necessary
    Implement quality processes in desktop support and meet specific targets/key performance indicators while maintaining a high level of customer service
    Lead, coach and train Help Desk and Desktop support staff on their day-to-day tasks and assignments
    Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in computer science or related field
    A minimum of 10 years of direct work experience in an I.T. management capacity required in a small to medium business enterprise
    At least 5 years of experience managing and coaching a team
    Proven experience in managing I.Strong knowledge of billing systems, I.T. infrastructure, Microsoft IAM, Office 365, Entra ID, Azure and cybersecurity
    Minimum 5 years' experience configuring and supporting an Office 365 tenant
    Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating systems (Windows 10/11, Windows Server)
    Microsoft Certifications around MS 365, Azure, Teams, and Security are preferred or equivalent experience
    Strong Apple Macbook management experience including use of MDM like JAMF
    Good collaboration and relationship-building skills
    Strong knowledge of networking, operating system, cloud services, and server architectures
    Ability to explain technical concepts and theories to non-technical audiences
    Strong evidence of time management skills required, including ability to prioritize critical tasks
    Strong leadership and team management skills
    Excellent project management skills
    Strong understanding of cybersecurity
