StoneSmiths is looking for a Marketing and Sales assistant to support mid-level administrative and creative tasks.


Summary
The team member joining us will work on projects focused on optimizing company revenue and customer outreach.

Duties will include but will not be restricted to:

compile reports from statistical and financial data sources, create content consistent with the brand and campaign messaging to pormote our products online and offline, provide customer service, suppor packing and shipping, among others.

This role invites you to develop innovative marketing ideas, design visually appealing promotional materials, and come up with unique approaches to engage customers.

Plus, requires strong analytical and organizational skills to ensure data-driven decision-making and effective campaign management.

Applicants should have a certificate in marketing, business, or a related field, or prior administrative and creative experience.

• Degree or certificate in marketing, business, or a related field
• Administrative experience
• Computer proficiency
• Communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Design and creative proficiency

Duties and Responsibilities

• Pack and track shipments
• Provide Customer Service
• Update and distribute materials regarding our products and promotions
• Update our online platforms and website
• Schedule meetings and arrange travel details
• Perform other support tasks as needed

Salary:
$30,000.00-$38,000.00 per year


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
