Support/liaison with third party mechanical vendors and repair shops
Support foremen through the daily operations of the fleet Value stream
Coordinating, tracking, scheduling repairs and maintenance
Support offsite operations
Contributing to inventory control by sourcing parts and supplies
Knowledge of accounts payable processes
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Completion of secondary school or relevant experience
Communicate fluently in English in both verbal and written communication
Microsoft Office
Some basic experience with garage functions and repairs
Experience working third party service/parts suppliers
Experience sourcing parts/inventory
Excellent organizational skills
Some mechanical aptitude'
Some data processing and analytical skills
Capable of handling a fast paced environment
