We are excited to announce the current opportunity for a
Fork Lift Driver to join our team as we continue our expansion to a second shift.

In-Tek Inc.

is located in Tilbury, Ontario, and provides robotic painting and finishing services, including plastic and metal painting for automotive and appliance products.

Our facility and warehouse is over 100,000 sq. ft. and ISO Certified.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper use and safe operation of required equipment
  • Move, organize, load, unload and stack product in a safe manner
  • Perform daily maintenance and safety checks
  • Ensure organization of warehouse and movement of product meets production flow
  • Communicate with supervisor and warehouse leader to resolve issues.
  • Detect any malfunctions and hazards and report promptly
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards for quality, safety, and complete and ontime delivery
  • Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity, quality, and safety
  • Maintain a clean working area free from clutter
  • Communicate with supervisor for assignments

Job Requirements and/or Experience

  • Previous experience as a certified forklift operator in the recent past (within the previous 5 years) required

Current valid forklift certification required:

  • Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner
  • Knowledge of appropriate materials, methods, and machinery required
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
  • Exposure to hazards associated with the industry/trade
  • Use of required personal protective equipment
  • Operation and use of necessary tools, machinery, or equipment

Salary:
$22.00-$23.50 per hour
