Service Technician - Windsor, Canada - Topline Recruitment

Description

• Provide preventative and reactive service & maintenance on company's machinery at customers' facilities located in Canada and USA
• Complete installations of new equipment within budgeted time and expenses allocated to the project
• Provide training to customers on proper operations and maintenance procedures for company's offerings
• Remotely assist customers via weblink or phone to troubleshoot and resolve equipment & label issues
• Promptly service returned and damaged equipment and parts
• Commissioning of New Projects where applicable

Requirements

• 3-year electrical or mechatronics diploma from a college/university
• Minimum 3 years experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
• PLC Programming experience
• Microsoft Office
• General understanding of vision systems
• Good Mechanical / Electrical aptitude. No licenses required.
• Some experience in Customer Service.
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Must be able to travel and work in the USA
