- Provide preventative and reactive service & maintenance on company's machinery at customers' facilities located in Canada and USA
- Complete installations of new equipment within budgeted time and expenses allocated to the project
- Provide training to customers on proper operations and maintenance procedures for company's offerings
- Remotely assist customers via weblink or phone to troubleshoot and resolve equipment & label issues
- Promptly service returned and damaged equipment and parts
- Commissioning of New Projects where applicable
- 3-year electrical or mechatronics diploma from a college/university
- Minimum 3 years experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
- PLC Programming experience
- Microsoft Office
- General understanding of vision systems
- Good Mechanical / Electrical aptitude. No licenses required.
- Some experience in Customer Service.
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be able to travel and work in the USA
