Provide Daily Administrative Support and Bookkeeping for Properties
- *Offering Remote Working or In-Person*_
Responsibilities:
Accounting& Administrative:
- Issuing Purchase Orders and reconciling to invoices
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Reconcile Bank Statements
- Journal Entries
- HST Returns
- Prepare Financial Reports
- Updating Spreadsheet and Compiling information for Budgets
- Online Filing System Management
Administration:
- Organizing Property and Tenant Files
- Compiling Lease documentation
- Communication with Tenants and Contractors
- Gathering Quotations.
- Schedule Contractor Meetings, Appts, property inspections and repairs.
- Compile Data, Statistics, other information and conduct research.
- Lease Administration and tenant liaison, includes providing tenant notices and demand letters.
- Maintenance Management
- Project Coordination
- Other tasks within the scope of the job purpose that may arise.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Experience in either Property Management, General Administration and Bookkeeping, Property Accounting Administration
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop
- Excellent Time Management and Organizational Skills.
- Strong verbal and written Skills.
- Post
- Secondary Diploma is Required
- Completed Education is Bookkeeping, Accounting and Business Administration
- Knowledge of general administrative and clerical procedures
- Understanding of Full-Cycle Accounting and GAAP

$43,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
