Job Summary:

Provide Daily Administrative Support and Bookkeeping for Properties
- *Offering Remote Working or In-Person*_


Responsibilities:


Accounting& Administrative:

  • Issuing Purchase Orders and reconciling to invoices
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Reconcile Bank Statements
  • Journal Entries
  • HST Returns
  • Prepare Financial Reports
  • Updating Spreadsheet and Compiling information for Budgets
  • Online Filing System Management

Administration:

  • Organizing Property and Tenant Files
  • Compiling Lease documentation
  • Communication with Tenants and Contractors
  • Gathering Quotations.
  • Schedule Contractor Meetings, Appts, property inspections and repairs.
  • Compile Data, Statistics, other information and conduct research.
  • Lease Administration and tenant liaison, includes providing tenant notices and demand letters.
  • Maintenance Management
  • Project Coordination
  • Other tasks within the scope of the job purpose that may arise.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:


  • Experience in either Property Management, General Administration and Bookkeeping, Property Accounting Administration
  • Experience with QuickBooks Desktop
  • Excellent Time Management and Organizational Skills.
  • Strong verbal and written Skills.
  • Post
  • Secondary Diploma is Required
  • Completed Education is Bookkeeping, Accounting and Business Administration
  • Knowledge of general administrative and clerical procedures
  • Understanding of Full-Cycle Accounting and GAAP

Salary:
$43,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
