About You
You are an experienced Mortgage Underwriter with 3 or more years experience.

As a Mortgage Underwriter, you play a critical role in helping us make sound lending decisions and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

You have a strong attention to detail and accuracy. You are able to problem-solve, find solutions, understand financial circumstances and build strategies.


Required Qualifications

• Mortgage broker/agent licence
• 3 or more years experience in mortgage underwriting
• A strong understanding of A, B, and private lending
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with industry regulations and underwriting guidelines
• Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage deadlines
• Proficient in excel, lender portals, and mortgage broker platforms (i.e. velocity, filogix, etc.)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Multilingual an asset

What we offer

• A base salary of $65,000 with a comprehensive benefits package
• A fulltime schedule, Monday to Friday
