Description
We are seeking a high performing Project Coordinator to assist the company with managing new and ongoing projects.


Roles and Responsibilities

1. Field requests for Service Calls

  • Determine who the best person, subcontractor, company is to complete the request and schedule it (from our extensive vetted list) and ask Accounting to issue Purchase Order
  • Notify customer and/or superintendent of the scheduling
  • Obtain photographs or other confirmation that job, repair, task is complete
  • Input the information pertaining to the aforementioned in our organizational platform (BuilderTrend and our Master Service Roster)

2. Coordinate Turnovers and Projects

  • Determine who the best person, subcontractor, company is to complete the various steps of the project (from our extensive vetted list) and ask Accounting to issue Purchase Order
  • Notify customer and/or superintendent of the scheduling
  • Obtain photographs or other confirmation that various steps of the project are complete
  • Input the information pertaining to the aforementioned in our organizational platform (BuilderTrend)

3.Organize Schedules

  • Organize several fulltime service technicians and dispatch them to complete jobs, repairs and tasks
  • Notify customer and/or superintendent of the scheduling
  • Obtain photographs or other confirmation that job, repair, task is complete
  • Input the information pertaining to the aforementioned in our organizational platform (BuilderTrend and our Master Service Roster)

4) Order Appliances

  • Understand and read kitchen renderings and order hundreds of appliances annually across Ontario (different suppliers in different geographies)
  • Notify customer and/or superintendent of the scheduling
for deliveries

  • Input the information into our organizational platform (BuilderTrend and our Appliance Tracker)

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

  • Construction: 2 years (required)
