We are a team of professionals who are dedicated to serving our clients with integrity and top quality service. We are in need of an experienced foreman for our waterproofing and foundation repair crew. Waterproofing experience is a must. Competitive wages, job bonuses, overtime pay, and room for advancement


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Supervise the daily activities of all projects
  • Load materials & equipment (heavy lifting)
  • Follow all protocols and standard operating procedures to guarantee safety and compliance on the job site
  • Crack injections with carbon fiber reinforcement
  • Assist machine operators with excavation and underpinning
  • Drive to and from job sites with provided truck and trailer
  • Complete detailed log reports per location
  • Manual excavation and labor as necessary
  • Perform minor repairs and service to equipment
  • Careful attention to detail

Skills/Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as lead hand or onsite supervisor
  • Excellent knowledge of waterproofing techniques
  • Familiarity with health and safety procedures
  • Current minimum Class G drivers licence
  • Able to lift 100lbs regularly
  • High school or equivalent
  • Construction/Waterproofing experience necessary

Pay:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour

Experience:
